Budgeting, Accounting and Reporting: Kodiak’s Realty services can provide customized, timely, comprehensive and informative financial reports and statements to assist Owners with annual budgeting and operations. Such services include financial accounting for all transactions, maintenance of a general ledger for the property, maintaining tenant accounts, security deposits, accounts receivable and accounts payable. If required, Kodiak will work with the Owner’s outside accountants or auditors for the coordination of attest engagements that the Owner may require (e.g., audits). Services will include timely presentation of financial information in a digital format for integration by the Owner into its accounting system. Reports will include periodic statements to assist Ownership with compliance with budgets (variance reports)
