675 North Randolph Street is a 13 story, 355,000 square foot office building which currently serves as the GSA headquarters for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This building is LEED Gold certified with LEED Platinum certification for commercial interiors, the only fully leased GSA building with that classification in the country. This building hosts over 1,300 worker on a daily basis.
Kodiak has managed this property since the pre-construction phase in partnership with the Shooshan Company as the developer, ultimately transitioning to ownership/operations.
Public and Alternative Transportation Options
675 N. Randolph St. is located in close proximity to the Ballston Metro Station which serves both the Orange and Silver lines. The station exit is conveniently located two blocks northwest on N. Fairfax Drive and N Stuart St.
The neighborhood that 675 N. Randolph St. is located in is also served by a number of Metrobus and Arlington Transit Bus (ART) bus routes.
