Kodiak Realty Services provides a level of property management which is unique to the real estate market. Due to Kodiak’s owner operated model, specific focus and on-site headquarters location, the level of care and response time provided is of great value to our clients and tenants. Kodiak recognizes that its mission is best achieved by empowering and expecting all employees to “do the right thing” in order to promote tenant satisfaction. Kodiak employees are motivated to exercise individual initiative, creativity, and loyalty to its principles. Kodiak was founded by Mr. John Shooshan and Mr. Martin Schnider in 2007, but today is solely owned by The Shooshan Company.
